No matter what level athlete you are, everyone can benefit greatly from one on one sessions. Whether it be specific technique education or the athlete just needs someone there to motivate them through a particularly tough training session we have something for everyone. Types of one on one sessions can include but are not limited to, the following… swim stroke analysis (with video above and below water), open water swim instruction, proper strength training technique, run gait analysis (with video), bike technique (also with video) to name a few. We have even driven the support vehicle and handed water bottles while our athletes have been on 100 mile bike rides!! One on one coaching does not require you to be involved in our monthly plan and can be purchased either individually or as a package savings.
