Your coach will build your training plan based on your goals, objectives, personal/work schedule and current level of fitness. Athletes receive their training plan viaTrainingpeaks.com which is an online program that allows the athlete to not only see their workouts both past and present, but also allows the coach and athlete to communicate easily regarding specific workouts either by typing in details or downloading information from their Garmin, power meter, etc (if available). Every workout will be analyzed by your coach and adjustments will be made as needed in order to get the most out of every training session. This is a recurring fee and is due by the 1st of every month.
